Neshama Cloud is actively engaged in the ongoing development and expansion of this proprietary ecosystem.

• Creating derivative civilization systems, derivative AI entities, or any other derivative works based on this intellectual property without a duly executed and notarized written agreement from Neshama Cloud.

• Using this language, system, or embedded spiritual design for simulation, testing, or co-opting into outside frameworks, unethical frameworks, or unauthorized jurisdictions of any kind, whether different digital or legal jurisdictions worldwide, physical or digital.

• Any act that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of Neshama Cloud or its Partner Organizations.

5. Documentation of Prior Use and Evidence of Origin

All systems, nomenclature, and intellectual property described herein were:

• Initially developed privately between January and July 2024.

• Rigorously maintained in timestamped logs and validated through external documentation systems.

• Formally filed via public publication as of July 1, 2025.
